Michael Del Giudice

Michael Del Giudice is the Senior Managing Director of Carnegie Hudson Resources LLC, a  capital markets advisory firm, and a Senior Managing Director of Millennium Capital Markets  LLC and MCM Securities LLC. He has been the Chairman of GCSA for over a decade. Michael has additionally served on a number of company boards. He was formerly Lead Independent Director of the Board of Con Ed Inc., Former Lead Director and Member of the Board of Barnes &  Noble, Inc, as well as Chair of its Compensation committee. Michael was awarded a B.B.A. from Baruch School of The City College of New York  and completed graduate studies at New York University. He resides in Manhattan and  Rhinebeck, New York.

Adele Edmonds

Adele Edmonds is originally from Columbus, Ohio but has resided in the NYC Metropolitan area for the past four years. She is currently the Director of Merchandising for the Barnes & Noble cafes  where she oversees all the purchasing elements for consumable items. When she is not tackling a new book, she enjoys baking, traveling, working out and exploring new restaurants. Her passion for joining the GCSA board is fueled by her desire to help others and her love of mentorship.

Amelise Lane

Amelise Lane is currently the head of third-party engagement for Amazon Devices. She has fifteen years of experience working with enterprise and consumer brands across the full spectrum of corporate and product communications and public affairs functions. In addition to her work with the GCSA, she was one of the first advisory board members for the NYU Game Center Incubator.

Simone Betchen

​Simone Betchen is a practicing neurosurgeon in Brooklyn, NY since 2006.  While running a busy practice, Dr. Betchen has started diverse new programs to serve the hospital and community.  A few examples are a webinar for younger women looking to become neurosurgeons and a pipeline program for students to shadow doctors in the hospital from underrepresented minority backgrounds.  Her most recent addition is starting a Maimonides Neurosurgery Diversity Research Grant to help fund students doing research within Neurosurgery.  Joining the board of GCSA and having the opportunity to inspire the next generation of leaders is a great honor.

Yasmeen Mock

Yasmeen Mock is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Kimelman & Baird, a registered investment advisor and broker-dealer in New York City. During the span of her tenure at Kimelman & Baird, Yasmeen has been involved in all aspects of the investment management business. Currently, she provides guidance to high net worth and institutional clients, working closely with institutional staff and board members as well as intergenerational families to navigate the path toward reaching and exceeding financial goals. In this role, Yasmeen also leads the operations and client relationship management teams. Having long-standing family roots in New York City, Yasmeen strives to be active in organizations that support New Yorkers. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from New York University.
