The Governor’s Committee on Scholastic Achievement is a non-profit organization that establishes meaningful relationships between high school students from New York City and volunteer mentors from the business community. In partnership with some of the largest and leading companies in the metropolitan area (e.g., Google, Spotify, Deutsche Bank), the GCSA mentoring program’s mission is to empower youth with a unique opportunity to experience first-hand the “world of work,” develop relationships with mentors who can serve as role models and provide innovative guidance to students as they develop their goals and focus on their post-secondary future.
